Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Plano, TX. This role requires strong proficiency in Python, Java Full Stack, and REST API development to be considered.

Rate Range: $45/hour to 60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Developer Job Responsibilities Include

  • Design and develop scalable server-side logic and RESTful APIs using technologies like Python, Java Full Stack, and Spring Boot.
  • Integrate and manage databases to ensure efficient data flow and storage, with a focus on performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to align backend functionality with user interface requirements using React JS.
  • Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard application data and infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and debug applications to ensure smooth functionality and resolve issues promptly.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and tools such as Kafka, JIRA, and GitLab to continuously improve development practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 46 years of hands-on development experience in full-stack technologies.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, Java Full Stack, React JS, and Spring Boot framework.
  • Experience with REST API development, Kafka integration, and version control using GitLab.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $60.00 per hour
